Yes. ROSI-LTS does not bundle FFmpeg. Install it and add it to your PATH. Follow the Installing FFmpeg guide.
Yes. LTS uses a separate install directory so both versions can coexist without conflicting data.
No. LTS is only distributed via GitHub Releases. The Microsoft Store carries main ROSI only.
