Opening, viewing, searching, printing (when the PDF allows it), and Document Information are planned without Pro.

No. Documents stay on your Mac. Network access is used only for App Store purchases through StoreKit.
View Privacy PolicyNo. Blueshift adds annotations (highlights, notes, shapes, ink) and fills existing form fields. It does not rewrite arbitrary body text as a word processor would.
No. Drawing a rectangle or oval is an annotation overlay. It is not secure redaction. Underlying text may still be selectable or extractable.
No. Blueshift is proprietary closed-source commercial software. It is still designed around local processing, no telemetry, and the Mac App Store sandbox.
